Photo ID: The name on your ID must match the name on the document.
Finalized Document: Your document must be reviewed, printed (preferably one-sided), and ready to sign.
Signer’s Presence: All parties being notarized must be present.

Please Note:

We cannot notarize documents for individuals with dementia or Alzheimer’s.
Translators are not permitted; we must communicate directly with the signer.
If your document requires a witness, please confirm if the notary can serve as one or arrange for a separate witness.
